Life's Too Short to Not Enjoy Building Something Amazing.

I'm Not Your Typical Consultant

I ask a lot of questions. I laugh loudly. I challenge assumptions. I celebrate wins.

And sometimes… it means solving business problems over a glass of wine and a few cookies. Why? Because the best ideas don’t always happen in a boardroom; they happen when people stop pretending they have all the answers and start having honest conversations.

After more than 30 years in sales, marketing, and leadership, I’ve learned something important: people don’t build better businesses because someone gives them a bigger binder.

They build better businesses because they finally get clarity.

That’s what I do.

I help leadership teams uncover what’s really creating… or costing… them revenue, align the people who make it happen, and build practical strategies that are easily implemented.

Around here you’ll find straight answers, honest conversations, and a healthy reminder that business can be both profitable and enjoyable. Life’s too short for boring meetings. And it’s definitely too short not to have some fun along the way.

When your message is clear, conversations get easier, referrals happen naturally, sales cycles shorten, and your team becomes more confident.

That’s why I do what I do.

The Business Changed Me.

When I started Rebel Girl Marketing in 2018, I thought I was helping businesses grow through better marketing. And I was. But after years of working alongside business owners, leadership teams, and organizations across different industries, I noticed a pattern.

The businesses struggling the most rarely had a marketing problem. They had a clarity problem. A communication problem. A sales process problem. An alignment problem.

Marketing wasn’t broken. It was simply trying to compensate for everything else.

That realization changed the way I worked. It also prompted me to change the name of my business.

Rebel Girl Marketing became Rebel Girl Revenue because revenue isn’t created by one department; it’s created when the entire business works together. That’s the work I love.

Helping organizations uncover what’s really standing in the way of growth, fix it, and watch the momentum kick in…that’s when business becomes fun again.

Clarity changes behavior.
Behavior drives growth.

A Little More About Me

When I’m not helping organizations align their message and drive revenue, you’ll usually find me somewhere near water, a suitcase, or a really good playlist from the 80s.

I’ve been married for over 30 years and have two amazing kids, my favorite reminder that the most important things in life aren’t found in a strategy session.

I grew up around community theater (thanks to my dad), so storytelling has always been part of how I see the world. That love of story eventually found its way into business, because great marketing and sales conversations are really just great stories told with clarity.

I like to describe myself as professionally unprofessional… I’ll bring the strategy, the structure, and the straight talk… but I’m not showing up in a perfectly polished box. Real conversations get better results, and I believe business should feel human, not scripted.

I’m also a big believer in stepping away from work to gain perspective. Travel, time outdoors, and spending time on the coasts are some of my favorite ways to reset and think about what’s next.

And yes… I am absolutely a cat servant. Anyone who has ever had a cat understands that statement completely.

Because business is important.
But so is the life you’re building around it.

Let's Start with a Conversation

If your organization is ready to stop guessing and start communicating with clarity, I’d love to talk.

Whether you’re looking for a keynote speaker, team training, or strategic partnership, the first step is a conversation about where you are and where you want to go.

Because when clarity improves, alignment follows. And when alignment improves, revenue grows.
